Many adults have undiagnosed (or diagnosed but not treated) ADHD . The struggles involve difficulty focusing, organizing, maintaining attention, getting started on projects or task completion. There are executive functioning strategies that can help those with ADD, ADHD, or any who need support with these skills. A great strategy is to work with a therapist to identify your unique challenges because the solutions will be individualized to your needs, strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and interests. The way you work (who you are) determines where we start to develop strategies, and what type of solutions we select.
